“Designed by Alexander Zhitnik of Z Architecture, the project’s 38 apartments will be divided across 30,795 square feet of residential space, which works out to a rental-sized average unit of 810 square feet.
Medical offices will occupy part of the first floor and all of the second, taking up 7,400 square feet of community facility space. Apartments will be stacked on top—eight per floor, except for the third, which will have only six units.”
